A Million I Love You's

Our Membership Program is called A Million I Love You’s. It is founded on a Divine Message received in early 2022 where Michele was asked to bring a million I Love You’s out into the world. Wisdom From The Ancestors Of The Sea

From the sea, all of life was created.  From the primordial morphorgenic fields of primal light and primal sound we sprang forth into form.  From Akua, God, unfathomable, unknowable, we arrived and we have been, since the beginning of time.  The salty sea still lives in every cell, in every organ, in every system of our body. We hear from the depth of our creation, from the Huna Amakua of each of us.  The Higher Self. 

Green Turtle, Honu Kahiki - A new world is being birthed around you, change and new experiences are becoming the norm.  Sometimes this feels unbalancing, uncomfortable and you want it to stop.  You sometimes feel like you are living in two places at once, the old and the new, past and future, the end and the beginning.  It's a strange place to be.  But rest assured that it is leading you across the rainbow bridge into a land of Light.  You are within reach of all that you desire and wish for.  Keep your faith in the good. Humpback Whale - Kohola - Kohola leaps from the foaming sea of Kane, expressing her wonder at all creation, joyful and without reserve, she falls back into the sea full of joy and laughter. She trusts the process of life.  The ups and downs of the sea she swims in doesn't upset her much. She goes deep within to the quieter waters when the surface gets turbulent.  She glides with great power. She travels many miles with ease and grace.  She, too, knows the way.  Like Honu Kahiki, she trusts Aku.  She trusts the rythm of the world within her to guide her through the world around her.  She is at one with everything.

You are always guided and loved.  All you have to do is go within, when the world gets too loud and overwhelming, and listen to that small voice.  That voice is Aku, God, Goddess, Creator, Divine, The All That Is, Amakua, Higher Self, Eternal Loving Presence.  It is your essence.   

Affirm: I AM One with the Universal Flow of the Divine that is in all things.  I AM guided to my very best experiences by the wisdom within.  I AM Loved.  I AM Love.  I AM that I AM

It's All About Love

The Autumn air begins to bring in a gentle subtle change. Can you feel how the breeze is softer on your skin? Can you sense the trees waiting in a secret hush for the moment to release their leaves, to let go of the past and move into the quiet of winter? 

Trees are very special people to me. They hold the sacred secrets of life and of how to live it. They move through their long lives with such majesty and grace. Have you ever sat with a tree and asked for it to share its wisdom? If not, I recommend that you do!!  

The Fall Season brings in the energy of the ancestors, those who have gone before us. The ones who's blood is our blood, who we share our DNA with, the grandmothers and grandfathers. Our ancestors are important, and many of us have lost touch with them. They, like the trees, hold a very special wisdom about life. Many cultures still honor their ancestors with special days of remembrance and even festivals. The indigenous people speak of, and with, the ancestors every day in order to stay in touch with the cycles of living a good life, a wholesome life, and a happy life. 

In October we celebrate Halloween, an aknowledgement of spirits and ghosts, of the "dead". It's a day we dress up and go forth to collect sweets and treats, and maybe do a few tricks! 

This Halloween, lets also take a moment to remember our ancestors, no matter how good or bad or unknown they may be. They may be gone in one sense, but in another, life is eternal, they are always with you. We are all eternal. And in that eternality the one thing that is constant and continuous is Love. Love is the glue that binds us. Love is the energy that moves us forward. Love is the sweet necter that gives us our passion, our joy and our meaning. Let the Love of your ancestors be your guiding Light this October. Honor them by remembering them with a moment of silence and an aknowledgement that they are still with you. Inside. They carry on through you.

These cards are powerful communication with the Ancestors that carry the Avalon imprint and energies of a very powerful and beautiful time in history.  Most of us are connected to this blood line.

Burden: Are you carrying burdens of the past or other peoples burdens that aren't even yours?  Have you been going in circles with the same issues or people or struggles?  This card asks you to put these burdens down.  Sometimes we hold on to things, not even realizing that they are creating an energy vortex that continues to bring in more and more of the same. It's time to let go.  Stop trying to make others responsible for their actions.  Stop wanting others to change.  Stop hoping that your life will change when you keep doing the same things over and over. Start forgiving yourself for being in an experience that caused you pain. Start leaving people alone to do their own thing, and wish them well.  Start looking forward, toward your hopes and dreams.  Letting go doesn't mean giving up.  Letting go means you are no longer going to carry the burdens that have proven to not be good for you.  You are allowed to take care of yourself, set boundaries and to be happy. 

The Butterfly: And when you let go, when you lay those dusty, crusty, old stinky burdens down, you become the butterfly.  Light as air, free as the wind that carries them, and beautifully alive. Close your eyes and imagine being a butterfly.  Feel the air carrying you along as you flit from flower to flower.  Image what a butterfly sees and she glides along streams of energy that she trusts to always take her to the next wonderful experience.  Feel as your heart lifts and smile begins to blossom across your face.  Be a butterfly.  Every day take time to connect to the beautiful butterfly within you. 

Lay those burdens down.  Make the choice right now to be a butterfly.  Let go.  Let yourself be who you really are.  Free and beautiful.

Affirm:  I AM as free as a butterfly!!  I trust in the wisdom of the eternal loving presence that runs in, through and as all things.  I choose to let go and be my very best me.  I AM Love.

Manifestations are fleeting, they ebb and flow, they come and go. Don’t get attached. Attachment can bring pain. Be patient with yourself. Take time to be alone. Get out into nature where you can hear the voice of God/Goddess/Creator in the wind and the water, in the earth and the sun and stars. Be patient with yourself and be patient with others. The past few years have been very hard on everyone. We’ve all been under some pretty potent mental and emotional stress. Offer your patience in the form of kindness and compassion. The most powerful Queens are those who are able to love and care for others.

Final Note: Give yourself a pat on the back and a big congratulatory hug. You’ve come through times of great change and turbulence. And you are still here. You’ve made it. Your crown is still sparkling and your heart is still pure.

Unblocking Your Path to Achieving a Dream Career

In a recent one-on-one private coaching session, my client Julianna said she felt blocked in manifesting a Reiki business. She had been working as a corporate executive for 20+ years but wanted to transition to doing work that was personally fulfilling and of service to others.  Things were set in motion; she had completed her Reiki certification trainings, wrote a business plan, developed her branding and website, and had taken a few clients remotely. However, she still felt blocked after spending almost a year of trying to manifest her dream of creating a thriving Reiki practice in a professional business setting.  

“I feel hopeless. I just can’t see how it’s going to be possible for me to make this a full-time career,” Julianna told me. “Maybe this isn’t my destiny or life purpose. If it was meant to be, shouldn’t I be manifesting it more quickly?

She scheduled a coaching session with me, and within the first 15 minutes, we identified the block, and I helped her visualize a path forward. I simply made a slight adjustment in her perspective, and offered an alternative approach to how she could manifest her dream career.  It was an “ah-ha” moment!  

I also offered her ways to energetically connect with her goal each day through meditation, mantras and visualizations – trusting the Universe would make it happen.  

“Thank you soooooo much for giving me renewed hope and reassuring me that my dream is not just a possibility, but will be a reality,” Julianna told me after the session. 

One of the tools I use for manifesting something like a career change, a promotion, etc., is through Mantra’s.  Mantras are powerful frequency practices that can raise your vibration and bring peace and harmony during trying times. When we are facing changes and challenges, having a calm mind is helpful while we make decisions and move forward.

Why Are We All So Tired??

I have had so many people coming to me and asking “Why are we all feeling so tired lately?”

I, too, have been tired. Like, tired beyond what sleep seems to be able to remedy. I’ve been tired beyond an afternoon nap or going to bed earlier to get more sleep. It’s more than just a physical tiredness. It is more than mental tiredness. It’s more than even emotional tiredness. It’s soul level exhaustion.

And there are a lot of reasons for this.

One is that we have been subjected to psychological mind twisting for years now. Lies, manipulation, twists and turns, disconnected and divisive information. It’s what narcissistic psychopaths do to their victims. If you’ve ever been in a relationship with a true NPD you recognize it easily.

Two, the frequency of our planet, and our bodies are changing to a higher frequency. This adjustment takes a lot of energy. Look at the Schumann Resonance information, it’s consistently off the charts these days. It’s like we are working overtime all the time.

And three, we are swimming in a sea of information from the waves in the air from tv, cell phones, computers, satellites and who knows what else. 5G contains all kinds of goodies we don’t know about yet. Our brains pick all of this information up in the form of, you guesed it, brain waves. It may not be by accident that waves in the air are similar to brain waves, in that they connect to eachother and become entrained. It’s all about frequencies and harmonization. You will receive what your frequency will allow. If you dont master your mind, something else will.

This is why everyone is so damn exhausted! We are living in a world these days that us beautiful humans aren’t designed for.

So, what do we do about it? Luckily, there are quite a few things we can do!!

Eat and drink only wholesome, natural and organic. If it doesnt come out of the ground, off a tree or bush or from an ethically treated, free range animal, dont put it in your body. Stop using chemicals in your environment, cleaners, soaps, shampoos, anything scented, deodorants, anti-bacterial anything, makeup (yep, even natural makeup), plastics and stuff stored in plastic. Look at labels!! This is for starters!!

Get out into nature, hug a tree, walk barefoot, get into a lake, stream or ocean, play in the garden soil. This balances your electromagnetic systems (humans are electromagnetic and operate as such). Also taking sea salt or pink salt baths or showers is a great way to balance your electromagnetic system. We are natural beings and we need to be connected to natural sources of energy for all over good health. Staying conneceted to Mother Earth, God (in whatever form you believe) and ourselves are natural healthy ways to connect to the natural electromagnetics that we are a part of. And, get naked! Sleep naked. Maybe don’t be so quick to get dressed after you are fresh and clean from your shower or bath. Let your skin feel the air, the sun and nature.

Rest if you are tired, rest heals the body.

Master your mind with meditation and maintaining a healthy mindset. These practices go a long way to keep the frequencies of your entire being on a higher level than lower consciousness waves (like tv, cell phone, computer, etc..)
